HOC is taking its comprehensive care model one step further by offer primary care services.
One appointment, one care team, one medical home.
We are thrilled to announce that HOC will be providing primary care service at both HOC locations.
Andrea earned her associate degree in Nursing from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. She then went on and successfully pursued her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Chamberlain University. Her most recent endeavor was obtaining her master’s degree in Nursing in the field of Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her clinical internship at Bellin Family Practice. She is licensed by the state of WI as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified in Family Practice and Hemostasis Nursing.
Any HOC patient that comes in for an acute bleed concern will now see Andrea, APNP as your provider. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Andrea can now provide immediate orders, just as our physicians can! She can also see patients for non-bleeding concerns such as ear pain, stomach aches, annual labs, history and physical visits prior to surgery and other issues.
Rest assured, Dr. Ryan, Dr. Friedman and/or Dr. Freeman will still see patients on their scheduled clinic days, in addition to Andrea.
