💙 Cooking With HOC is back!
Keep Your Tummy Happy This Winter by Eating More Fiber
Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class where we’ll make a healthy breakfast cookie and prep an easy, cozy dinner of lentil soup. We’ll also learn why fiber matters all year long.
Featured Recipe: Oatmeal Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies
You’ll leave with:
• Baked breakfast cookies
• A packet of recipes
• A standard pantry stock list
• A mason jar with dry ingredients for lentil soup
There will also be a participant tasting table with tinned mackerel for omega-3 fats, spiced roasted chickpeas, and Caribbean steel cut oats as another fiber filled breakfast option.
