If needed, labs will be performed.

Yearly inhibitor checks are typically required on every hemophilia patient.

Established HOC patients have access to these valuable services throughout the year at no additional cost. Below lists the average cost of each services if sought out independently:

Language Assistance Services

ATTENTION: Language assistance services are free of charge and available to you. The following languages can be provided by an in-person translator: Spanish, Hmong, Russian, Somali, Chinese (Mandarin) . All other languages can be provided via phone.

Accessing Telehealth

  1.  Clicking the button above will prompt you to type the patient’s name
  2.  When selecting “Who are you here to see?” select “Exam”
  3. If you are using a smartphone, it may ask you to allow access to your camera and microphone
  4. If you are using a computer, you must use safari or google chrome to use doxy.me
  5. Doxy.me will then place you in a virtual waiting room
  6. Please wait until the HOC staff member pulls you into the virtual exam room
  7. Please contact the Center if you have any questions or have trouble accessing the virtual waiting room

No, patients have the right to refuse seeing any ancillary discipline if it’s not pertinent to the patient and their needs.

Patients need to bring an updated insurance card.

Frequency of appointment will depend on the physician’s orders. Typically, we require that patients be seen at least once per year to maintain an updated plan of care.
