IMPORTANT UPDATE

It is with a heavy heart that we formally announce that HOC will not be hosting large, in-person programming during the pandemic. We will continue to collaborate with the bleeding disorders community and host virtual programming as educational/support needs arise. On behalf of all of the HOC staff, we miss connecting with you in person and we look forward to when we are able to reunite safely!

 

Infusion Training Program

Hemophilia Outreach Center 2060 Bellevue St, GREEN BAY, WI

This is an educational program for individuals and families with a bleeding disorder. It’s an opportunity to educate patients and families about how to self-infuse. This program will also give patients and families the opportunity to practice their infusion skills with a hemophilia treatment center nurse present.

We will be limiting this program to three families and will accept RSVPs on a first come, first serve basis.
Infusion supplies will be provided. Bringing factor to prophy is optional. Food will be provided.

Mom-to-Mom Green Bay

If you are a mother of a child with a bleeding disorder, regardless of their age, you are invited to get together with other moms for dinner. Join us virtually OR in-person This is an opportunity to meet and share personal stories with other mom's who are raising a child with a bleeding disorder. Camp Klotty Pine-Open House

Men’s Program: The Pre-Prophy Era

Wisconsin Bleeding Disorders Conference

We’re excited to announce that in 2022 we are returning to the Kalahari Convention Center in the Wisconsin Dells for our first in-person conference since 2019!    Each year, GLHF hosts the Wisconsin Bleeding Disorders Conference (WBDC) for individuals and families living with a bleeding disorder. The weekend provides an opportunity to attend educational sessions presented by experts, meet with health care and industry professionals, and form important connections with peers affected in Wisconsin.

Camp Klotty Pine

At camp, children develop confidence, independence and build life-long friendships and memories while they swim, canoe, hike, and learn outdoor skills.
